“Very clean room. Had a great stay. Would stay there again. ”

“Our woodland room, #610 was perfect. Roomy, clean, well stocked with towels. Great to have nice size frig, microwave, counter space and dishes. We brought food and drinks, restaurants about 20 minutes away in Corbin. Enjoyed coffee sitting on the porch chairs each morning. TV had many channels, internet was steady. Shower was hot with soap provided. We literally walked out the door to well marked trails. Beautiful nature and so peaceful. Cumberland Falls was a perfect getaway. ”

“I was not pleased with the attitude of the guy working the front desk upon checkin process. After asking for my name, he asked if I booked through Expedia. I replied yes, he immediately said and you didn’t pay yet? I replied no and he said well that unusual with a bad tone and would not make eye contact with me. He further said they usually don’t even make the reservations.”

“Motion sensor light in the room so anytime you got up to use the bathroom or move. It would go off all night long made it very hard to sleep was not in an enjoyable experience.”
